“Freedom day” will be a significant step forward for Refresher training

Organisations that have had PMVA training on pause are now looking to resume. Clients are asking for Refresher Courses for their Healthcare teams.

The Prime Minister has now unveiled plans to lift all restrictions associated with the Covid-19 pandemic. Not only is this fantastic progress for the country, which has had to endure many long hard months in isolation and away from family and friends, but it will also be refreshing for the workplace too.

As soon as the pandemic hit, we closed our doors in March 2020 in line with Government guidelines at the time, but after a short period, we reopened to a whole new way of working – introducing Covid-safe methods to our practices.

However, despite changes to the ways we were working as we negotiated the spread of the virus, our clients were telling us about some things that remained the same.

We work with a number of healthcare organisations throughout the UK, Ireland and further afield.

Our Covid-secure methods were designed to do just that – keep everyone as safe as possible both from aggression and the virus. However, while these methods still do just that, and we will continue to practice these where possible, the lifting of all restrictions will allow us to resume face-to-face training in full force.

Jake Attard, Managing Director at SBRT said:

“It’s a step forward for all healthcare organisations envisaging a post-Covid restrictions world. Here at SBRT, we are looking forward to helping staff be practically training. Our Refresher  Course [detailed below] offers this.”
