Much like September, October continues to be a busy month for SBRT Ltd. In September, we were running training courses almost every day including Saturdays and October seems to be following in the same form.
There is a good reason behind this busy period as now is the ideal time to prepare staff in the run-up to a typically hectic end of the year. December is often a difficult month for those who have contact with members of the public. Stress and increased alcohol can lead to unpredictable behaviour, and many businesses want their staff to be prepared and confident to handle situations that this time of year can throw at them. If you’re going to prepare your team with PMVA or conflict management training, now is the time to get in touch and book your training before it is too late.
Welcoming Jake Attard To The SBRT Ltd Team
With a high volume of training for our clients, we want to help more businesses while ensuring our exacting high standards never falter. We now have Jake Attard as another valuable addition to the team. He is helping us to increase our delivery capabilities as well as helping us to meet demand and provide training for more of our clients.
Jake’s expertise alongside the core principals of SBRT Ltd means that Jake can hit the ground running and help our clients get the best out of their teams and training sessions.
PMVA For Juvenile Services
While SBRT Ltd predominantly focuses on the care industry for the delivery of Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression courses, there has been increasing demand in other industries and sectors. Last month, SBRT Ltd ran a PMVA course for ex-service personnel and ex-police force workers who now work in Juvenile Services.
The course was a great success. It was rewarding to see how our training can help more and more people in their line of work. Ultimately helping to increase the safety of workers and minimise injury or damage. We now look forward to running more of these training sessions for those working in Juvenile Services and will help to instil confidence and ensure that safe practices are always followed.
We know that PMVA training can help with a range of industries that come into contact with unexpected, emotional and unpredictable behaviour. If you think that PMVA training could benefit your team, get in touch to find out how we can help.
