It’s been a great few months for SBRT and we’ve now reached new shores in our endeavours to become an international company.
Before Christmas, we revealed a new Irish partnership that would put SBRT’s services back on the map in a post-Covid world.
But this was only step one. Before the pandemic, we would frequently be on the move and take our train the trainer courses around the world, and now, we are back!
SBRT will be landing in Qatar for 10 days to carry out a Train the Trainers update for an Internationally renown medical centre.
Our expert trainers will be covering some of the most up-to-date and modern techniques that can be used to help deal with workplace aggression, and conflict management. The course is ideal for anyone who is at risk of facing violence or conflict as part of their role – like those in the medical, emergency or care industry – and gives them the confidence to either confront or deal with difficult situations.
Jake Attard Managing Director at SBRT said: “The Train the Trainers course is perfect for those organisations that are looking to have the affordability of in-house training, yet have their training team equipped with the latest techniques and industry practice that only external specialist organisations can bring. Often a refresher course re-inspires the local trainers giving them a fresh, new approach and vitality to bring to their training. “
“Plus, organisations worldwide adopt UK standards and quality training services, so it’s a great chance for us to get back in the saddle post-Covid with the SBRT global expansion strategy and get back out there empowering organisations to train themselves, with best-in-class techniques.”
The Train the Trainer course is popular with a number of our UK and international clients that have large staff bases.
