See you in 2022!

I think I can safely speak for us all when I say I’ve been pleased to see the back of yet another strange year! Who would have thought we would be in this predicament and for so long too. But, there have been some upsides and for us as a business and we have seen many successes despite the ongoing challenges.

For example, when the pandemic first hit we stopped all training courses immediately. However, thanks to our fast-working teams, were able to quickly develop a Covid-safe training technique – which you can read more about here.

Since then, we continue to learn and improve the ways in which we keep all our staff and clients safe – and it’s been a very busy year. Not only have we continued to see many courses sell out, we’ve also been lucky enough to see some of the world and expand our business.

This month will be another busy one for us as we continue to spend more time in Ireland, delivering our train the trainer courses. In fact, the New Year is perfect timing to be doing these – the courses offer a fresh new look at training, so it’s great to consider a fresh approach.

The courses give techniques for inhouse teams who may need to train others how to deal with conflict management. This is particularly important as we continue to exercise social distancing, especially where front line workers are at risk from the threat of violence.

With such a busy year behind us, we are looking forward to taking a well-deserved break! Our office will close on 17th December until 4th January.

Jake Attard Managing Director at SBRT said: “Despite the ongoing challenges with Covid-19, SBRT continues to work hard to bring our training courses to clients in our safe manner. We’re now starting to see the fruits of our labour as we share successes like international training offerings and partnering with trainers in Ireland – the first step in our plan to bring SBRT overseas.

“On behalf of everyone at SBRT, we would like to thank our clients for their continued support and wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.”

SBRT is offering training courses starting in January but spaces are limited. Book now to secure your slot – we’re happy to work around you.

See you in 2022!
